We want you to be happy with every purchase you make at Dia Feliz. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our merchandise, you may contact our customer service manager at (852)35100323 or email@example.com to arrange product exchange service.
To return or exchange a product, simply return the product as new condition within 7-days of receipt; in addition, you must ensure that the returned goods must be unworn / undamaged with hangtag attached as original. You will be the bearer of shipping cost of the returned merchandise. We have made lots of effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on DIA FELIZ. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Once we receive the returned merchandise from you, we will be giving store credit to your Paypal account with exactly the same value as the returned merchandise within 4 working days . This needs to match the original payment method used. Please note, store credit is valid for one year from issue date.
There is no charge on merchandises to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new piece separately.
It is essential that you obtain a receipt from the post office. Without one, we won't be able to credit your personal account if your returned parcel goes missing, so please keep it in a safe place. Your receipt will contain a unique reference number that you should quote if you have a query. This will help us deal quickly with your enquiry. Please keep the receipt until your account shows that your return has been credited.
